The installation encompasses the 20/22 Acts established in Puerto Rico in 2012 for the tax exemption and the sale of the Island's natural resources for foreign investors.The disposition of the plastics bags and the organic material is a reference of the "disaster capitalism" which attempt to sell Puerto Rico and its location in the Caribbean as a paradisiacal place.
